Demo and pricing

I can make a free custom homepage demo. It is a preview, not a completed website. Requesting a demo creates no purchase or payment obligation.

The website build fee is $0. The service is $75/month on a 12-month agreement. The first $75 payment is due only when the full website is finished and ready to go live; nothing is due before then.

What monthly service includes

Monthly service covers the domain, hosting, maintenance, updates and support, including up to 30 minutes per month of small updates. I quote work beyond that before I start.

Your business owns its website and domain. Hosting and support are active monthly services, separate from that ownership claim.

Before any payment

I will provide a written service agreement and obtain your express recurring-payment authorization before any charge. The exact early-cancellation, refund, auto-renewal, handoff and domain-registration details will be stated in the written service agreement before you accept it or authorize payment.
